Deb & I were asked to write an article about selling a property in Heritage Grand Cinco Ranch, a neighborhood we have quite a bit of experience in.  That article is posted at and was fun to write.


While the article was short and sweet, it is important to understand that selling properties in a 55 plus community presents a unique set of challenges.  Buyers for these properties are limited, they want move in ready, and they are almost exclusively Baby Boomers.  These are important factors to consider.
